This website has been started by us, a group of friends and bandmates, who love Ride’s music. We feel that they have started this niche of shoegazing that is entirely different from the usual. For this reason, Ride has amassed a certain kind of appeal and following within a niche market. It is also for this reason that we have created this website in order to cater to said market as well.
You see, Ride has actually broken up as a band in 1988. However, their music and spirit has actually lived on and continues in the hearts of those who produce the same kind of music. As such, this website also continues to have a lot of followers who do not only love to listen to the songs formerly produced by Ride, which are now considered as classics, but also like to showcase their own kind of music that have been inspired by the band.
If you are simply a fan and love to listen to all their songs, then we encourage you to create your own playlists here. Feel free to stream all of their songs according to your heart’s content.
